Returns
Thank you for shopping with Gifted! We understand that you may not be happy with your purchase and we’re more than happy to help you. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to send your item(s) back to us with all original product inserts, accessories and/or tags. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. Each package is shipped with a packing slip which should also be included in your return for proof of purchase. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. GIFTED IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING FEES OR LOST/UNTRACKABLE SHIPMENTS. If you have any further questions regarding your refund, we will gladly further assist you by emailing us at giftedinallentown@yahoo.com.
PLEASE NOTE:
Damages must be reported within one week of receiving your item(s).
We are not able to make returns on SALE or CUSTOM items.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your item(s) and all product inserts, accessories and/or tags, we will send you an email to notify you. We will then issue a refund to the original method of payment and your refund will then be processed and a credit will be applied within a certain number of days.
Missing Refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
We then suggest contacting your cardholder, since all cardholders have a different processing time, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days of receiving the purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at giftedinallentown@yahoo.com and return the damaged item to: Gifted, 1069 Washington Blvd, Robbinsville NJ 08691, United States.
Shipping
To return your product, mail your item(s) to: Gifted, 1069 Washington Blvd, Robbinsville NJ 08691, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
